Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Novasia ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) distribute malware; (d) attempt to disrupt the Service; or (e) generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

4. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of content you create with the Service. You grant Novasia a limited license to host, process and display your content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of content you publish.

5. Plans, billing & quotas

Free workspaces include monthly quotas (projects, AI generations, deployments). Paid plans expand these quotas and unlock additional capabilities. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate content based on your prompts. Output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, we may retain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novasia disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

Novasia's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
